INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS


 
Working hours. Dear clients, for Your maximum convenience, here is an information regarding the working hours of our SPA-Center:Every day – 09:00-19:00Booking. We know Your time is valuable, so in order to provide the most appropriate time and procedure for You please make the reservation at least one hour in advance. Booking can be made personally or vie the phone, direct inside line- phone.

Punctuality. Dear clients, we would appreciate Your punctuality so we ask YOU to come to our SPA- Center 10 minutes prior to the booking You have arranged .The guests who are about to have a procedure for the first time are asked to come at least 15 minutes earlier in order to fill out a form regarding their condition and to have a consultation with our therapists. By delay from 15 min decrease the time of the procedure on client’s account. By unabolished reservation 50% from the price automatic deficit of Your account. Once You have registered at the SPA-reception Your therapist will give You information for all our services.

If You are staying at the hotel, when You visit the SPA- Center please use the towels from Your room.

Hygiene. Due to hygiene and health issues, we kindly ask You to use the dressing room when You have a procedure. It is not allowed to enter the swimming pool and the Roman Bath section with Your shoes on.

Recommendations for using the swimming pool, saunas and the Roman Bath:

  • The preparation of the body for sauna is extremely important for effectiveness of the procedure and because of that reason please take a shower beforehand . Please do so before using the swimming pool as well.
  • Do not use products which are not appropriate for the sauna.
  • Due to hygiene and health issues could You please cover the sauna seats with a towel .

Cigarettes. In order to provide healthy and relaxing atmosphere to all our clients, the smoking in our SPA-Center is forbidden.

Mobile phones. Dear clients, the time at our SPA-Center is entirely dedicated on You! This is why we kindly ask You to switch Your mobile phones off so that they would not disturb Your procedure and the relaxation of the rest of the clients.
